Bianca Chandôn Drops New Version of Refugee-Supporting T-Shirt
As well as re-releasing the original tee.
Bianca Chandôn first released his T-shirt in support of refugees late in September, raising awareness for the global migrant crisis, and is now preparing to release an updated brick red colorway. The tee features the brand’s logo in Arabic text and was originally available in army green — also being made available again.
When Bianca Chandôn first released the T-shirt the following statement was made on the brand’s Instagram:
“The legendary house of Bianca was established to create a dialogue with our customers to raise awareness, ignite conversation and raise funds to support non-profit organizations,” the brand explains via the social media platform. “Bianca Chandôn was created to celebrate diversity and celebrate differences; regardless of gender, race, sexual preference, religion, or nationality. Previous beneficiaries include Housing Works, The Trevor Project, and Planned Parenthood. This season, a portion of proceeds will be donated to support refugees.”
The Bianca Chandôn refugee T-shirt will be available soon from Dover Street Market’s web store. In other politically-charged news, check out the latest large-scale project by French artist JR.
