The Internet Are Getting Their Own Beats 1 Show
“We’re going to be introducing ourselves on a whole other level here.”

Acclaimed west coast act The Internet will be receiving their own show on Apple’s Beats 1 radio. The Internet’s Matt Martians revealed the news earlier today, introducing listeners to the band’s broadcast project via a series of brief clips from the program’s inaugural installment. “We’re going to be introducing ourselves on a whole other level here,” Matt Martians explained, breaking down plans to use the platform to premiere music, share personal stories and more. “Not everything we do is music, a lot of it has to do with us being really close friends.”
All five musicians from The Internet will take part in the program, with each member expected to have their own essential role in determining the show’s content. The very first official episode of The Internet’s Beat’s 1 show is set to air tonight at 6 p.m. PST, while the theme of the show will be centered on the forthcoming LP from Matt Martians.
