Pigalle's Ethereal 2017 Fall/Winter Collection Is Dedicated to French Craftmanship
Bringing the artisanal to streetwear.
Pigalle is known for bringing extra flair to its streetwear and the brand marked the end of 2016 by launching a women’s pop-up store in Tokyo. This season sees Stéphane Ashpool focus on craftmanship, with the founder taking time to praise his father’s artistry and compare the way he works on Pigalle to “a pastry chef who works on his dessert recipes, from the concept to the execution, to the display in the window.” The 2017 fall/winter collection featured Clarks Originals shoes and continued the brand’s love of strong colors, this time focusing on autumnal hues alongside heavy uses of cream.
