Fendi's 2017 Fall/Winter Collection Is Bold and Loud
And inspired by ’80s and ’90s sportswear.
Fendi’s latest menswear collection is as you’d expect — full of loud, furry and bold accessories that has carried the brand these past few seasons. This particular collection saw designer Silvia Venturini Fendi look back at ’80s and ’90s sportswear, taking particular inspiration from the bold logos of the time. However, the collection was also making a statement in positivity — said Fendi, “I want to be optimistic, need to be. These were simple words, universal words like love, listen, try. I was reading this and thinking it is so easy if you follow these universal rules.”
Featuring bold leopard print coats, furry slides, graphic headwear and pastel color-blocked outfits, this Fendi isn’t for the faint of heart. But we’re sure that fans of the brand will find a few accessories or statement pieces to covet.
