Designed by Paz Gersh Architects in Ramat HaSharon, this modern Mediterranean villa located in Tel Aviv remarkably makes the pool the focal point of the home. With no steps leading down to the pool from the kitchen and dining area, the design makes for a seamless transition from the outside to the interior. Additionally, the unique L-shaped layout, large glass sliding doors and open floor plan further harmonizes the indoor/outdoor spaces, while teak panels throughout the rooms provide shade and privacy as needed. On the second floor, the master bedroom opens up to a rooftop garden, complete with stepping stones and steel planters while the living room encompasses floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. Overall, the dwelling embraces a neutral color palette with hints of bold hues for a clean and contemporary look. Scroll through the images above to get a better view at the stunning space.
