After pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge.

After pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana and a charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, Kodak Black has been sentenced to 120 days in jail. Reported by the Sun Sentinel, the September 19 hearing dealt with an outstanding warrant that was issued when Kodak did not appear in court in July. Black will be released from St. Lucie County jail on November 30 but the Florida rapper still faces a sexual battery charge in South Carolina — this crime carries a maximum of 30 years in prison if found guilty.
