Daniel Craig Turned Down Two More James Bond Films, Giant Nine-Figure Salary
Only natural after what he was paid for ‘Spectre.’

The current James Bond, Daniel Craig, has reportedly turned down reprising his role as James Bond for two more films, and with them a whopping $150 million GBP (nearly $200 million USD) paycheck. The actor, having completed his role as the famed MI6 spy in the latest film Spectre with a rumored $65 million GBP (approximately 86.5 million USD) salary, apparently played a “genius hand” since the studio is so desperate to secure him before distribution rights are re-upped in the very near future. “Everyone knows how much executives adore him, and the idea of losing him at such a crucial time in the franchise isn’t an option as far as all the studio honchos are concerned,” said a source at Radar. The last minute attempt at securing Craig will mean the “thug” Bond will soon perhaps be replaced by the current running contenders Tom Hardy, Idris Elba, Tom Hiddleston and Michael Fassbender sooner than later, unless Sony can secure Craig in time.
