A Closer Look at the Pharrell Williams x adidas Originals Hu NMD
Featuring a bold new lacing system.
adidas Originals has finally officially unveiled its highly-anticipated collaboration NMD with Pharrell Williams. The multi-hyphenate designed the Hu NMD to represent “Human Being,” “Human Race,” “Human Kind” and “Human Species.” The pair features a bold yellow Primeknit upper with a split “Human Race” graphic on top, which is set on an energy-returning Boost midsole. An update to the traditional NMD, this pair features a new lacing system offering more freedom of movement. The Hu NMD will be releasing in limited quantities on July 22 at Billionaire Boys Club flagship stores worldwide, and then at adidas Originals stockists on August 25 for $240 USD.
