BEAMS Elevates Signature Champion Gear in New Capsule Collection
Mixing heritage sportswear with modern menswear.
Differing from their past collaborations, which saw Hollywood inspirations ranging from Mickey Mouse and Star Wars, BEAMS and Champion are back again with a collection that elevates the latter’s signature heritage sportswear. The 2016 summer capsule features sweats, tees and joggers all in Champion’s hallmark heather grey hue, but with BEAMS’ signature zipper detailing and modern sensibilities. Furthermore, the iconic Reverse Weave fabric was reworked with a special polyurethane water-repelling coat for added durability. The collection drops at the end of June 2016 at select stockists, including Selfridges, END. Clothing and Goodhood.
