The classic Manhattan gets a smoldering twist.
The trend of experimental cocktails doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon, as evidenced by Cocktail Chemistry’s latest creation, dubbed the “Smoke Bomb.” As the name suggests, an ice ball gets filled with smoke before being cracked open over a drink to release the fumes. In order to create the “bomb,” the process requires setting wood chips over an open burner, then capturing the smoke through a funnel into a hollowed out sphere.
