Luis Guzmán Takes on Counterfeit Handbags in 'Puerto Ricans in Paris'

Actors Luis Guzmán (Boogie Nights, Out of Sight, Traffic) and Edgar Garcia team up with director Ian Adelman after working together on HBO’s How to Make it in America series in the upcoming comedic film Puerto Ricans in Paris. Guzmán and Garcia play a pair of New York City cops in the Luxury Goods Recovery Unit, tracking down counterfeit items. When tasked with finding a rare stolen handbag before it gets replicated on the black market, the duo ends up in Paris and awkwardly tries to navigate the world of high fashion. Notable Nuyorican actresses Rosario Dawson and Rosie Perez also star in the film, with rapper Pitbull serving as the executive producer.
