Komono Pays Homage to Surrealist Painter René Magritte With a Capsule Collection

Belgian watch company Komono has paid homage to its countryman and 20th century master of Surrealism, René Magritte, with a capsule collection of six timepieces. The Winston and Estelle watches pay tribute to six different Magritte masterpieces, ranging from “The Castle of the Pyrenees” to ”The Art of Living,” by printing elements of the works—floating castles, eyes, noses, hammers and eggs—onto leather wristbands, each embossed with Magritte’s signature.
