'DOOM' Takes It Back to 1993 With Its Launch Trailer

The long-awaited DOOM reboot is just over a week away so, naturally, Bethesda is back with yet another trailer ahead of the gory first-person shooter’s impending launch. Hot on the heels of Oblivion and Tron: Legacy director Joe Kosinski’s awesome “Fight Like Hell” cinematic trailer (one that was set to Refused’s “New Noise,” no less), DOOM‘s latest showcase highlights the game’s fast-paced gameplay in the best way possible, even going so far as to recreate the 1993 original’s iconic cover art for one fleeting moment.

DOOM launches May 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and can be pre-ordered online now.
