As a result of both chef’s and amateur’s experimentation with food hybrids, we’ve seen a whirlwind of culinary inventions in the kitchen. One of these being sushi. Last year, chef Hiroyuki Terada brought us Big Mac sushi. Now the staff at Tastemade show us how to make sushi s’mores.
