Helmed by Alex James of Publish, Los Angeles-based new wave streetwear label PLEASURES introduces its “Version 4.0” collection for this season. Inspired by a specific time frame from 1994-1998, James cites the period’s cultural influences on his own aesthetic: “Being a product of the 1990s, this collection embodies a time period in my life where I started who find out who I was while finally feeling comfortable in my own skin.” Drawing on a selection of niche cult classic material, the collection is composed of graphic typography and imagery printed against pastel and dark backgrounds on a range of perfect weight tees, clean sport caps, lightweight anorak jackets, coaches jackets and hoodies. The PLEASURES “Version 4.0” collection will become available today online here.
