BEAUTY & YOUTH Puts a Premium Spin on the Chuck Taylor All Star
The Japanese stalwart brings luxurious suede construction to Converse’s classic high-top.
The iconic Chuck Taylor All Star is no stranger to premium makeovers — the popular First String ’70s releases continue to come off the line while the low-top take on the silhouette just popped up in an all-white leather-clad make-up earlier this week. Now BEAUTY & YOUTH is putting its own spin on the design, dropping two suede-constructed high-tops for Spring/Summer 2016. Marked by monochromatic tan and olive uppers, the designs keep the timeless look of the kicks intact as they pair leather medial branding badges and chrome eyelets with white laces, a rubber toecap, and matching foxing.
Expect both variations to hit UNITED ARROWS next month.
