ASICS Drops Canvas GEL-Lyte IIIs for Spring
Complete with speckled midsoles and gum rubber outsoles.
More so maybe than any other ASICS silhouette, the GEL-Lyte III lends itself perfectly to clean and simple executions — as evidenced by Reigning Champ’s recent trio of retro runners. Now ASICS is following that precedent with its own looks for Spring 2016. Available in both black and red, the latest takes on the silhouette ditch prototypical suede and mesh in favor of canvas construction, coupling otherwise monochromatic executions with speckled midsoles and gum rubber outsoles. Finally, leather stripes cap off the looks.
