Military influenced garments have always made their way into Takahiro Miyashita’s TheSoloist line, and this time around the Japanese designer offers a new take on the classic flight Jacket. Constructed from a DWR silicon treated nylon, the shell offers water and wind resistance while staying relatively lightweight. Additionally, a ripstop Cordura lining adds durability, while Primaloft is employed as insulation. Snap and zippered pockets, unique dual zipper and button closure, and wool rib collar, cuffs and hem round up the design of the flight Jacket. Retailing at $2270 USD with a tonal fur collar and $1440 USD without , the TAKAHIROMIYASHITATheSoloist. Flight Jacket Type I and II are available now at retailers like HAVEN.
