The food mashups just keep on coming. In what may or may not be a direct jab at McDonald’s for their Nutella Burger, Burger King will launch their Ketchup Donut Whopper to celebrate Hanukkah. Exclusive to Israel, the thinking behind the collab was to incorporate a Whopper with sufganiyah — aka jelly-filled doughnuts — traditionally eaten during the celebration. Fittingly dubbed the “SufganiKing,” the burger features traditional Whopper innards with a fried doughnut bun filled with ketchup instead of jelly. This creation is set to debut on December 25 and run through January 1. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
