Pitti Immagine Makes "Dance" the Central Theme of Its Winter Fashion Fairs
“Tell me how you dance and I’ll tell you how you’ll dress.”
Pitti Uomo has always been the place to check out insane street style and learn about the upcoming trends in men’s fashion, but this year, in addition to the usual emphasis on aethetics, dance is also taking center stage. The theme of the upcoming Pitti Immagine fairs for the winter season in Italy will be “Pitti Dance Off,” encouraging attendees to explore the intersection of rhythm, movement and style as sister forms of self-expression. The concept will be interwoven throughout the shows, including a special finger tut salute in the form of “PI” designed to be used for the fairs’ social media coverage as well as a digital art project for the event.
