HYPEBAE & BAPE Present a 2016 Fall/Winter "Neon City" Editorial
Tattoo artist Jade Chung models the latest season’s offerings.
For its latest editorial, HYPEBAE teamed up with BAPE to produce an original editorial that showcases the Japanese clothing brand’s latest collection. Shot in various locations around Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, the editorial highlights Hong Kong’s neon underground, as tattoo artist Jade Chung of Hong Kong UnderGround Tattoo models the 2016 fall/winter collection.
Drawing from the latest collection, the editorial aims to bring back the classic motifs and looks that are undeniably BAPE. Some pieces that are featured in the editorial include the Souvenir Shark jacket, which features a satin-like construction and iconic classic Shark Hoodie motifs, as well as a 1st Camo Shark Pullover Hoodie that is a pullover iteration of the classic zip Camo Shark Hoodie. Additionally, the Color Camo Mil Wide Pullover Jacket and Mil Patch Tee is displayed.
