Thanksgiving is officially over and while we’re all still recovering from the food feasts and hardcore hangovers, the mouth-watering doesn’t stop for COOK WITH ME.AT. Chef Christian Winkler thus presents us with his “Cheesy Pork Steak with Bacon” recipe, i.e. a pork steak topped with melted cheese and bacon cubes, grilled and seasoned to perfection. The steps are fairly straight forward, with perhaps the timing and temperature of the grill being the only tricky variables to the equation. Nevertheless, the end result of the pork steak itself is enough to tempt any carnivore, let alone with the finishing “fat guy accessories” of cheese and bacon.
