An updated version of her ‘MTV Unplugged’ song.
[gallery columns="3"]Lauryn Hill dropped her latest track “Rebel” earlier this month, which rejuvenated the song “Rebel/I Find It Hard to Say” from her legendary MTV Unplugged set back in 2002. She recently stopped by the Charlie Rose show to perform the powerful new song, backed by a full band and brass ensemble. She still managed to evoke emotional elements from her original Unplugged set with her guitar in tow and impassioned lyrics, which were updated to shed light on today’s socio-political climate.
