British distance runner Mohamed “Mo” Farah recently dropped by Hong Kong to attend the Nike+ Run Club event. Farah, the long distance king, won two gold medals at the recent Rio de Janeiro 2016 Summer Olympics in both the 5,000m and 10,000m track events. Farah was able to defend both titles, which he had won previously at the London 2012 Summer Olympics, making him the most successful British track athlete in modern Olympic history. We got a chance to sit down the the champion and snap his essentials. Ranging from his beloved Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 33 to his exclusive NIKEiD Air Zoom Pegasus, Farah says, “The Pegasus design is suitable for speed training, as its cushioning and support are quite in line with my running style.” Of course his essentials also include the latest Dri-FIT pieces and both his 10,000 m gold medals from the London and Rio Games.
