Barnabé Hardy is only in his second collection at Carven, but the designer is already taking inspiration from the depths of the Internet we’re sure not many people have been. The image that spurred this collection can easily be found if you Google “Rod Stewart” and “legwarmers.” An odd search, if we must say so ourselves. But despite the vintage photograph that inspired this collection, the clothes were youthful and colorful. Stripes played a big role, and proves that color blocking is still in. With hoodies layered under jackets, the styling options were endless. Even if you’re not a big fan of colors in your wardrobe, Carven definitely offers an easy place to start.
