Our daily lives are riddled with constant travel, and oftentimes, we overlook the form and functionality of the things we depend on that take us from point A to B. This season, HAERFEST presents a simple bag concept with Collection 1 titled “Hyper,” which takes inspiration from the constant state of motion of our day-to-day. Outfitted in durable quality fabrics like water-resistant nylon and leather cowhide, the minimalistic bags range in style from backpack to tote bag and are rendered in bright racing car colors like red, dark red, navy/blue, blue/navy, satin black, and black. The range of bags this season is comprised of the classic “125 Arch Backpack,” the sportier “I5 Capsule Backack,” the sleek “I13 Shell Backpack” with a semi-concealed front pocket and double zippers, the “16 Two Handle Tote,” the “I31 Cross Body Messenger,” and the small, lightweight “I32 Cross Body Messenger Compact.” Small accessories include the “I30 Zip Wallet” with multiple card slots and the “I19 Card Sleeve.” The vibrant lookbook was shot by photographer Steven Brahms and creative Thomas Welch that juxtaposes each piece with the patterns of the urban environment.
