adidas Basketball Unveils the J Wall 2 "Home"
adidas’ red-hot basketball imprint has dropped John Wall’s second signature shoe.
After a promising and competitive campaign this past season and now competing for a spot on the U.S. Olympic team, John Wall has had a notable year of growth to become one of the NBA’s elite guards. After being graced with a signature model last year, here adidas Basketball further celebrates Wall with the J Wall 2. The sneaker is an update to the existing silhouette, built for greater stability while still making nods to Wall’s personality on and off the court. The upper is built with a combination of adidas’s Quickframe and adiprene+ technologies, ensuring the foot is locked down and cushioned while making quick cuts. At the outsole, the sneaker is imbued with deep flex grooves to further accommodate flexibility. As with the last sneaker, the J Wall 2 is also tattooed with subtle homages to Wall’s mother, childhood friend circle (“Five Deep”) and personal goals. Pick up this new release from select adidas Basketball retailers and online beginning October 31. An “Away” colorway is set to roll out on November 6.
