While the main theme song from Star Wars (originally composed by John Williams) is perhaps the most iconic movie melody in history, it has never quite had the physical match. MB&F – a watch company, of all things – has rectified this with its latest design, the MusicMachine 3. The full-bodied speaker boasts advanced sonic design to boom Williams’ masterpiece alongside the theme songs of classic films like Mission: Impossible, James Bond and others. Think of the MusicMachine 3 as a glorified music box, and an exclusive one at that; the movements (borrowed from MB&F’s watch expertise) are only designed to play these classic tunes via finely tuned barrels, keys, pins and combs.
