The Japanese tech-giant continues its compact line expansion.
Panasonic presents its latest Micro Four Thirds camera – the Lumix GX8. The mirrorless camera boasts a 20.3 megapixel sensor which is now able to capture video in 4K resolution at an impressive 30 frames per second, and a built-in stabilization function ensures the pictures come out that much crisper. Other features worth noting include a tiltable 2.36 million dot OLED EVF, and splash and dust resistant magnesium body. Though its not a complete overhaul on the GX7 predecessor, the GX8 should definitely be on any camera enthusiasts’ shopping list, especially if you’re looking for a lighter, more portable alternative to a DSLR model.
