The latest entry to Balenciaga’s expanding footwear line makes quite a statement. The Mixed Media Trainer features a compounded texture encompassing design, that includes leather suede, neoprene and mesh paneling atop a black rubber midsole. A rather subtle colorway, and additional toggle detail fails to distract from the sneaker’s strong resemblance to Nike’s Roshe Run silhouette.
