Akomplice 2015 Summer "Life" Lookbook

Akomplice drops its newest lookbook highlighting the American streetwear imprint’s menswear collection for the 2015 summer season. The documentary-styled editorial is offered in three parts that each highlight three distinct West Coast lifestyles in an effort to embody the Akomplice vision as well as its new collections. Shot by Jason Siegel, the lookbook takes us throughout the Santa Barbara, Englewood, Los Feliz, and La Brea areas to capture California’s diverse coastal and cityscapes.

Part I features Akomplice’s flagship store manager Freddy Williamson, who is an avid surfer and outdoorsman, among a beautiful West Coast backdrop of Santa Barbara’s coast. For Part II of the lookbook, the brand photographed recording artist and close friend Yonas Michael just outside classic Los Angeles landmark Randy’s Donuts. Lastly, Part III features the co-founder of LA cafe The Punchbowl Jonathon Wright and takes place inside the iconic organic cafe and juice bar.

The extensive editorial features new apparel from both the Akomplice main line and the VSOP line which, moving forward, will become separate lines from founders and brothers Mike and Patrick Liberty. The Akomplice main line will continue to produce the brand’s staples of bold colored garments with Akomplice branding, while VSOP will offer more subtle basics with a focus on quality, material and design. 10% of all proceeds from VSOP apparel sales will be donated towards charitable causes.
