The Collective Quarterly Issue 02: Mad River
The newest issue explores the natural wonders, music, food, and artisan scene of Vermont’s Mad River Valley.

Independent magazine The Collective Quarterly launches its newest issue, “Mad River.” The young publication explores themes of discovery, travel and design in a different geographic location each issue by showcasing the local music, food, and natural wonders of each place. The “Mad River” issue takes its name from Vermont’s Mad River Valley area, which includes the towns of Waitsfield, Moretown, Fayston, Duxbury and Warren, where there are more architects per capita than anywhere else in America. The new issue includes a variety of interviews with local artisans from Mad River’s vibrant community of artists, musicians, architects, puppet makers, cutlers and more.
Furthermore, the issue sheds light on the Green Mountain State’s raw and wild beauty by highlighting outdoor activities like kayaking, sledding and cliff-jumping, to local commodities like fresh-pressed apple cider, maple syrup, and corn mazes. The 200+ page issue is printed in the USA with carbon neutral green printing and is bound with four-color lithograph press and a soft-touch laminate cover. You can purchase The Collective Quarterly Issue 02: Mad River now online for $20 USD.
