Last year, a viral video titled “Limited edition tortilla vinyl” was uploaded, and although it was obviously fake, it was enough to inspired Rapture Records to properly recreate the situation. By using a laser-etching machine, they cut grooves into a tortilla as they would for real vinyl records. It was successful when tested; the sound quality was also unexpectedly good for something made mostly from flour.
