Tokyobike x Ace Hotel City Cycle

Innovative hotel chain Ace Hotel has collaborated with Japanese bike manufacturer Tokyobike on a unique city bike, to be made available at their London and Los Angeles locations this month. The two companies have previously worked together, with Tokyobike providing rental bikes for Ace’s London spot, however this collaboration will see a bespoke bicycle crafted in the hotel’s name. “This new collaboration model is an extension of the original London design, and means they (the bikes) are now available to take home,” explained Tokyobike’s Neil Davis to CoolHunting, “Ichiro Kanai, the founder of Tokyobike, took inspiration from his stays at Ace Hotel—muted matte colors from London and sunnier shades from the DTLA location, paired with leather grips and saddles that will age with grace.”

The Ace Hotel x Tokyobike will be available in four distinct, vibrant colors for around $1,044 USD at the LA and London Ace Hotels from June 5. Find out more at Ace Hotel’s online store.
