Big Sean recruits Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign to star in the music video for their collaborative single “Play No Games.” The music video draws aesthetic inspiration from one of the classic TV shows of the 1990s – Martin – putting Sean Anderson at the focal point of a show parody. The parody is rather perfectly aligned with Big Sean’s own M.O., given Martin’s setting in Detroit. Within it, various familiar friends such as Gina, Cole, Tommy and Pam are properly reiterated, bringing a neat sense of proper nostalgia to the video.
