Amazon Brings Marvel Comics to the Kindle Store

Amazon has recently announced a deal with Marvel that sees 12,000 comics made available in the Kindle store. Amazon acquired the app Comixology in 2014 to offer digital issues of comic books to the public, however this new deal almost makes the app redundant as a large library of new and back-issue material has been made readily available to existing Amazon customers. New issues will appear on the online store at the same time physical copies are published. The full catalog of available comics is now available on Amazon.com.
