Watch Miley Cyrus Perform Khia's "My Neck, My Back"

Well, here’s your daily dose of “weird” and “WTF” all rolled into one. Always one to step outside her creative comfort zone and take on the music of others, Miley Cyrus recently performed her own “rendition” of Philly songstress Khia‘s 2002 hit “My Neck, My Back.” Miley performed the song during her performance at Adult Swim’s Upfront Party in NYC last night, complete with an outfit almost as sexually-charged as the song. Khia also approved of her cover, tweeting her “thanks” late last night. You can watch a clip of Miley Cyrus’ performance of “My Neck, My Back” above. This is definitely leagues away from Miley Cyrus’ recent performance of “True Trans Soul Rebel” alongside Joan Jett and Against Me’s Laura Jane Grace.
