In celebration of this winter’s highly anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Medicom Toy and the Star Wars franchise have come together to reissue their Darth Vader Bearbrick — this time in a special “Chrome” edition. Now sporting a metallic sheen, the figure is otherwise the same as previous Vader Bearbrick releases, coupling the beloved villain’s iconic look with a bear-shaped form. Available in both 400% and 100% sizes and retailing for ￥8,000 JPY (approximately $67 USD) and ￥1,500 JPY (approximately $13 USD), respectively, the “Chrome” Darth Vader Bearbricks will be available June 20 at Medicom Toy Exhibition ‘15.
