Most of the German brand’s footwear is produced in Asia, and the recent releases pay homage to adidas’s roots and eventual steps towards bringing its manufacturing processes back home. Both sneakers are outfitted in rich black suede along the upper and feature contrasting off-white piping throughout the heel, white midsoles, perforated leather in the inner lining, and a “Made in Germany” tag embroidered on the footbed. The ZX500 OG sports off-white eyestays. Both shoes come in a black box with the three stripes in gold. The adidas “Made in Germany” pack drops online and in-stores throughout Europe May 23 at an approximate price of $263 USD.
