Tyler, The Creator is Launching an App & Magazine

Tyler, the Creator is coming out with his own app and a new print publication. The Golf Media app is available for download for both Apple and Android users, and fans who register for the Gold Media app on golfwang.com before downloading will earn themselves two months of “free programming” and the inaugural edition of Tyler’s forthcoming publication, Golf magazine. For those who just download the app without first registering at golfwang.com, you will have to pay the normal monthly fee of $4.99 and will not be eligible to receive a free copy of Golf. Content for The Golf Media app will start to appear starting 9 PM tonight. Tyler, The Creator and Odd Future manager Christian Clancy tells FADER that Tyler’s new app will feature “a bunch of different things that are original, curated and constantly changing,” and will include “original series, content, live streaming, radio, tour stuff, Golf Wang, interactive and whatever other buzzwords that sound mildly annoying and marketing-like.” Register at golfwang.com now.
