Palace Skateboards to Open London Flagship Store
London skate brand Palace Skateboards hits a new milestone with the unveiling of its very first

London skate brand Palace Skateboards hits a new milestone with the unveiling of its very first retail space in London’s Soho district. The shop will open every day of the week and offer the brand’s all-encompassing designs, which includes its latest mid-season range, set to launch next week to coincide with the shop’s opening. The collection consists of coach jackets, overshirts and Scottish knitwear, along with Japanese selvage denim, Italian-made chinos, and a range of Portuguese, bench-made penny loafers. Skate decks will also be placed next to records, making for a relaxed, creative space that caters to the city’s skate community.
“I want it to be a place where people can come to chill, buy some music, buy some clothes, buy some skateboards. Basically, just somewhere for me to hang out, to be honest,” Palace founder Lev Tanju told Style.com. Since its inception, the brand has never strayed from its core values and London skate culture roots under the guidance of Tanju and his team. With summer just around the corner, Palace is off to a good start with its latest retail endeavor. The store will open April 25.
