Instagram Adds New "Fade" and "Color" Photo Editing Tools

With millions of photo editing apps out there, not many rely solely on Instagram for filters and editing anymore. Upping its game, Instagram has introduced “fade” and “color” editing options to its arsenal of tools. The fade tool works much like it does on other apps, softening blacks while adding an aged effect to your photo. The color tool adds tints to either shadows or highlights. Both come with sliding emphasis options you can adjust to your liking. The update is now available on Android, while iOS users will receive the update “in a few days.”
