In a somewhat unexpected move, the band’s frontman Justin Vernon unveiled a video of himself performing a stripped down, piano version of Spoon‘s “Inside Out” in a dark, yet atmospheric setting. The video has been released through the YouTube channel for Vernon and the National’s Aaron Dessner’s Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival. Watch and listen above.
