Beyoncé Breaks Silence About Baltimore Riots on Instagram

The Queen B very selectively and diplomatically addresses social issues. This afternoon Beyoncé posted two Instagram images, addressing the violence and rioting in the wake of police misconduct in Baltimore and to utilizing her celebrity to call for help. Without showing bias but still seeking action, one of her captions read:

People are hurting. Join us in supporting the NAACP to help in the cleanup efforts and provide housing, food and supplies to those affected by the unrest in Baltimore.
