Liverpool’s Lost Art skate shop has joined forces with Nike Skateboarding for a collaborative “Docklands” collection consisting of two new footwear options. Inspiration for the creative endeavor is drawn from England’s famous Docklands, and the original uniforms of Liverpool Overhead Railway (LOR) guards. The final products serve as a unique take on Nike SB’s Bruin and Project BA sneakers. The Lost Art x Nike SB Bruin flaunts a black pigskin upper, featuring the alternating combination of a wool, red, and gold Nike Swoosh that has been stitched onto the respective left and right pair before being finished with a wool back heel tab, and a textured, white rubber outsole. On the other hand, the Lost Art x Nike SB Project BA shoe sports a bright, turquoise blue Nike panel across its grey suede upper. Red accents, coupled with a white midsole dotted with blue speckles, and a gum bottome sole completes the second shoe in the collection. Grab your pair when the sneakers launch on Lost Art’s webshop this Saturday, March 14. Nike’s webstore will also be receiving a full run of sizes, which will be available for purchase beginning March 21.
