Chance The Rapper Will Star in a Short Film

Chicago native Chance The Rapper will soon be adding actor to his resume as the young rapper is set to appear in a short film titled “Mr.Happy.” Chance took to Instagram today to share the news, posting a photo of himself along with the film’s title and his character’s name, Chancelor Bennett. The film was co-created with good friend and director Colin Tilley and, while this is his first short film, Tilley has already been directing music videos for big name artists like Lil Wayne and Wiz Khalifa. Although we have already seen Chance flex his acting chops on Adult Swim’s The Eric Andre Show, it seems like this project will be a bit more demanding.
