A Saudi prince recently put his luxurious 10,500-square-foot triplex — located inside the Heritage at Trump Place — up for sale at an astounding price of $48.5 million USD. Mapped by architect Javier Robles, the four-bedroom, four bathroom Upper West Side residence was constructed by merging six smaller units on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors of the condo. The interior layout was designed by Utopus Studios, and includes amenities such as a fitness center, hair salon, ventilated cigar room, billiards room outfitted with a saltwater aquarium, and three bulletproof panic rooms, not to mention a spectacular view overlooking the Hudson River. Furthermore, the lavish interior features large slabs of Calacatta marble in addition to other stones utilized throughout the space.
