Hasbro Includes Real Money in Special Edition Monopoly

Hasbro has included something very special for Monopoly fans in France to celebrate the game’s 80th anniversary. For this special edition, fake currency has been replaced with real money — at least for 80 lucky buyers. One set of the game includes the big jackpot – where every single note is replaced with real euros, coming out to €20,580 EUR (approximately $23,268 USD). Ten sets of the game will include five 20-euro notes, two 50-euro notes and one 100-euro note. As for the other 69 sets, there will be five 10-euro notes as well as five 20-euro notes. The 80 lucky sets are hidden in a variety of the popular board game — classic, junior, electronic and vintage. With 500,000 buyers of the game annually, who are going to be the lucky winners this year?
