McLaren 675LT Spider
McLaren takes the roof off this crowd favorite for even more fun.

Bearing the ‘Longtail’ (LT) ultra high-performance designation and only the second model to do so in 20 years, McLaren builds on the track-oriented performance of the 675LT Coupe to present the 675LT Spider. One of the most notable changes is the new three-piece retractable folding hardtop roof, which can be opened at speeds up to 30km/h for an exhilarating ride. Otherwise, the Spider sports a 3.8-liter, twin turbo V8 powertrain capable of 666 hp and 516 pound-feet of torque, which translates to a 0-100 km/h time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 326 km/h. This performance is made possible by the car’s dry weight of 1,270 kg, which is helped by the raft of carbon fiber components, from the front bumper and side skirts, to the rear fenders and the ‘Longtail’ airbrake. The carbon fiber theme continues inside the cabin, which has also been fitted with lightweight carbon fiber-shelled racing seats upholstered with leather. Limited to only 500 units worldwide, the McLaren 675LT Spider will begin its first delivery in summer 2016 for the price of $372,600 USD.
