The immensely popular video game Clash of Clans has had some pretty epic advertisement campaigns in the past, with the Super Bowl-premiered trailer coming to mind in which Liam Neeson delivers a near-perfect rendition of his legendary Taken monologue. In the game’s latest trailer, Christoph Waltz tells a True Tale of Clash Achievery as a bedtime story to James Corden. Told in the Spectre star’s hypnotically soothing (yet slightly disquieting) voice, the ‘Legend of the Last Lava Pup’ is a story based on an actual battle from gameplay that took place on the app. Showing a lighter side to the actor who has gained repute as portraying the most diabolical of villains, Waltz humorously paints a portrait of a heroic tale of survival and destruction. You can check out the full video above.
